*Please forgive this post's title for being too generic, because the author is having a severe case of laziness...


There are so many topics that are running around my mind. But as I can't choose the perfect one, I'd have to settle for the story of my very long vacation away from home.


Last Tuesday, I went home at a very early time(which shocked everyone). I would be asking my parents for a very big favor so I had to do something good. But you know parents, they get to naggy when their children do something they think is fishy even though you're already being entirely honest. But I have to do what I've got to do.

The following event is based on true story, with the exact dialogue

ako: Pa, Ma meron po kasi kaming mahabang overnight kina Yeye, bale sa Sunday na po ako uuwi. Para po kasi dun sa thesis namin.
Father Dear (FD): San ba kayo pupunta?


Mother Earth (ME): Yan ba yung sa Balic-Balic?

ako: ummm. Opo. *goosebumps*

FD: O sige, basta magtext ka.

ME: Wag ka dun magpapagutom.

ako: *dies* opo...

I nearly cried then.Fortunately, they understood. They even created a scheme for my brothers to believe that I was actually going to CEBU. Haha, Kamusta naman yun?So my departure was set then. The next day started my very long vacation away from home. No, my parents did not escort me to the airport.

I went to school with my extremely big backpack that I think was used by Oracion when they went to Mt. Everest. I had to left it in our friendly ate because I'd definitely look stupid with that extremely big backpack. And after our classes we went to our "home" for the next five days.

We did that overnight so that we can make our thesis. But due to many things, well you know, distractions, we were unsuccessful with finishing it(and as what we've heard, our "small" efforts may just be wasted already).

But I think that would be one of our TROPA's experiences that I'd never ever forget.

here, your Honor are the following evidences:

EXHIBIT A: I really don't know what will happen of me when I'd stay longer in Yeye's place. I don't know if I'd get slim for eating almost only 2 main meals a day. OR, if I'd get fat for eating different kinds of junkfoods.

EXHIBIT B: As of common knowledge, our TV is broken since these past few days. And it was really fun to watch TV you know?

EXHIBIT C: It's so much fun to be with your friends for a very long moment!!! All we really do is laugh and have FUN!!!



Well, That's it. Case Closed!!!

If only my parents would know all the "extra" moments that we spend on laugh-trips, I don't think they'd ever let me out again, ever.
